Automate with permission
TriggerFlow is designed for legitimate desktop tasks, including reporting, data entry, testing and internal operations. Only operate applications, accounts and devices that you own or are authorised to use.
Respect the systems you work with
Follow applicable laws and the terms of the services you automate. Do not use TriggerFlow to evade access controls, spam, impersonate people, manipulate markets or carry out fraudulent activity.
Check before you scale
Test workflows with representative data and clear stop conditions. Use particular care when an action changes records, sends a message or makes a purchase. Keep credentials and customer data out of shared screenshots and workflow examples.
Keep people in the loop
Automation needs monitoring and a way to stop unexpected behaviour. Define what should happen when an application is unavailable, the screen changes or a result cannot be confirmed.
