Your agreement with us
These terms cover your TriggerFlow account and service from MJP Tech LTD, company 17018987, 22 Will Meadows, Freystrop, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales, SA62 4AZ. Contact james@triggerflow.co for support, cancellation or complaints. When you accept for an organisation you confirm you are authorised to bind it. Your selected order and these terms describe the service. The customer data processing terms form part of this agreement wherever we process personal data on your instructions; they take priority on that subject. The privacy notice explains our own processing and is not a request for marketing consent.
Trial, subscriptions and cancellation
The free Pro trial lasts fourteen days from completed email verification and authenticator setup, for your selected allowance of up to five Windows devices. No card is required, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. At expiry, paid features require a separately chosen subscription.
Paid subscriptions are charged per device at the plan, quantity, currency, taxes and monthly or annual interval shown in checkout. Review the total before paying. They renew at that interval until cancelled. Separate AI-provider services may require your own credentials and additional provider charges. Volume discounts apply only where expressly shown or agreed; they are not implied.
You can request cancellation by emailing james@triggerflow.co; you do not have to book a call. We will confirm the effective date and stop the next renewal when you cancel before it. Access normally continues to the end of the paid period unless you request earlier closure or a necessary suspension applies. Contact us about quantity changes, incorrect charges or refunds. Any change to price or material paid-service terms will be explained in advance, with the opportunity to cancel before it takes effect.
If you purchase as a consumer, you may cancel your initial paid contract within fourteen days after the day it is made, without giving a reason. Notify us by a clear email or post before that deadline. We will refund payments covered by that cancellation within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a cancellation fee. We do not ask you to waive this right when you sign up, download or start using the app. Any additional mandatory cancellation, renewal and refund rights also apply. Nothing here limits remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service.
You may use this optional cancellation wording: “To MJP Tech LTD, james@triggerflow.co (or the registered office above): I give notice that I cancel my TriggerFlow contract. Order date/reference: __. Customer name, account email and address: __. Date: __.” No special wording is required. Contracts and support correspondence are available in English. Keep the checkout confirmation and this version of the terms for your records.
Using TriggerFlow
We grant you permission to use the supplied software and hosted features for your subscribed plan and device allowance while your account is authorised. You retain your content and workflows. We retain our software and materials; we may handle your content only as needed to provide the service and as described in the data processing terms and privacy notice.
Use only devices, applications, data and accounts you are authorised to access. Manage user permissions, capture and remote control carefully; tell affected people where required. Test workflows before unattended use and keep suitable backups. Automation can fail when applications, permissions or screen layouts change. You remain responsible for reviewing actions with financial, legal, security or other significant consequences. Do not use TriggerFlow to bypass access controls, distribute harmful software, covertly monitor people or breach another party's rights.
Keep login details, authenticators, licence keys and integration credentials private. Tell us promptly about suspected compromise. Plan capabilities, supported software and required permissions are described in the product documentation and your order. Third-party applications and AI services have their own terms and availability; we cannot guarantee their behaviour. Do not submit high-risk personal data without an agreed processing scope and safeguards.
Service, support and ending the agreement
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We may maintain or update it and will give reasonable notice of material disruption where practicable. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, non-payment or legal requirements, explaining the reason and remediation where possible. We will not use this clause to avoid your mandatory rights.
You may ask to close your account. Before closure, request return or deletion of hosted customer data under the processing terms; local copies and integrations remain under your control. We retain only information justified by the privacy notice or a legal obligation. If we end a paid service without your breach, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and refund unused prepaid service that we do not supply.
Contact us first with a complaint so we can investigate. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence, or overrides consumer or data-protection rights. The law of England and Wales governs this agreement, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights in their home jurisdiction. Material changes apply prospectively; we will give appropriate notice and obtain renewed agreement where required. You can save or print this version for your records.
