Explain one problem at a time
Keep a guide focused on a specific question, such as finding a moving button or checking a visible value. Link to related topics when a reader needs more detail.
Explain the setup, the expected result and the conditions under which the approach is useful. Avoid replacing an answer with a list of features.
Distinguish an example from a demonstrated result
A written setup pattern is labelled as a walkthrough. A product recording should show the actual workflow being discussed. Illustrations should not imply that an untested integration has been proven.
Describe limitations such as OCR quality, search regions and display scaling where they affect the result. Do not imply that a visual workflow adapts to every interface change.
Make the explanation useful on its own
Educational pages explain the technique and its trade-offs. Product-specific pages identify the relevant TriggerFlow capability and provide a sensible next step.
When we recommend TriggerFlow in a community discussion, our affiliation should be clear and the recommendation should fit the question and community rules. A link should support the answer, not replace it.
